About Carlos Sanchez

My background started in construction at a young age. At 14, I was already working summer jobs on job sites, learning how homes are built from the ground up. I went on to become a journeyman framer and continued sharpening my skills in the field.

I did not start with a big team or a lot of capital. I started by buying one property at a time using traditional financing, learning every step of the process firsthand.

Everything changed when I discovered the BRRRR strategy. That is when I began scaling, building a portfolio of 30+ properties by buying, renovating, renting, refinancing, and repeating.

As I grew, I went deeper into construction. Today, I am a licensed and insured contractor who pulls permits, manages projects, and builds new construction homes from the ground up.

I have also been through the mistakes, which is why every project today is approached with experience, discipline, and a clear process.
