About Carlos Sanchez

My background started in construction at a young age. I was working construction during my summer jobs when I was 14 years old. That’s where I first learned how homes are actually built from the ground up. From there, I became a journeyman framer and continued developing my skills in the field. I didn’t start with a big team or a lot of capital. I started by buying one house at a time using traditional financing, learning the process step by step.

Everything changed when I discovered the BRRRR strategy.That’s when I was able to scale building a 30+ property portfolio by buying, renovating, renting, refinancing, and repeating. As I grew, I went deeper into construction. Today, I’m a licensed and insured contractor. I pull my own permits, manage my own projects, and build new construction homes from the ground up. I’ve been through the mistakes too.

I’ve done rehabs without permits, dealt with red tags, delays, and city issues and learned first hand how important it is to do things the right way. Now I understand both sides
